their new unit IMC 300F as part of the global policy.

Hi Pak Faizal,

My regional team already feedback me and here is their comment below:

The MPC 306 is an old model and not compatible with SLNX v3. For Ricoh to
provide support and roll out SLNX Pull Print, Covestro will need to lease a
new device with Ricoh we cant provide support with this current purchased
device because it is not in contract with Ricoh and nor compatible with SLNX
v3. 

FYI - The global team have an agreement to renew the global RIMA which
includes a business case and pricing as well a global v3 upgrade project. We
are in the process to agree the new RIMA that will include a pricing file
etc. hence we need to wait until that is launched (be a few weeks yet!)
before we can quote on any SW solution and charges.

Dear Pak Soenwono,

Indeed the machine purchased before WTC2, and it is from another vendor wich
is only sold the unit and not services.

About the SLNX, it is required to comply our global policy. 

Therefore, is it possible for Covestro to purchase the licenses and card
reader from PT. MDS, so we can install it as previoulsy on WTC2 machine?

I am not sure because this is new for me.. The unit itself not purchased
from PT MDS right.. is it necessary to connect to SLNX Software?

Hi Pak Soenwono,

I hope you are doing well.
As requirement from our global policy, we need to implement pull-print
software along side with TAP-ID on our RICOH machine at JAK3 site (same
setup with WTC2 site).
Machine type at JAK3 site is: RICOH MP C306Z PCL 6

Therefore, some requirement needed and setup by RICOH Indonesia as suggested
by Marcel Salomon (Ricoh Deutschland GmbH).

Java Option must be installed, A ricoh technician has to install the option,
it must be ordered as this is a sd card part and not only software.

Card reader (Inepro SCR708) must be installed

SLNX licenses (Base, SPM, SFM) must be ordered.

Please advise for further procedure from your side, like quotation,
installation, and etc.
