As one of the last tasks globally now to complete migrations for Evonik is to ensure all devices will be properly managed for the device management within v3, I kindly ask you to support and provide techs on site to perform the manual @remote reset, as this cannot be done on below devices remotely.

Please see the instruction for this task attached- crucial steps are 7&8.
