6 Card readers were configured for Bayer Surabaya site yesterday, please attach the card readers to the devices and have devices arrived at Bayer Surabaya on 23rd Apr (delivery: please contact Pak Reddy for receiving the devices).

Deployment date scheduled for Surabaya: 25th & 26th Apr 10am to 5pm.  Please arrange for onsite engineer and let me know their contact.

Thanks very much for the update.  The deployment dates confirmed by customer, please align engineer for Tangerang and Surabaya.

  1.  Tangerang : Friday, 23 Feb 2024  9:00am to 5:30pm
  2.  Surabaya : Monday-Wednesday, 19-21 Feb 2024  (estimated 2 to 3 devices a day, execute 1 device at a time - downtime for 1 device est. 2 hrs).
  3.  For Cimanggis, the dates will be determined after the successful deployment in Tangerang and Surabaya.

For delivery, you may send out all the devices from 5th Feb.  Do contact Mr Reddy (Phone : +62812-8602-0634 / +62811-1591-297) to arrange for delivery schedule.

Onsite Card Reader configurations:

  1.  Connect RFIDEAS card reader to laptop and obtain a batch ID card from Bayer for configurations.
  2.  Ensure pcProxConfig is installed on engineer's laptop,
  3.  Configure 1st card reader refer to attach guide 'RFIDEAS pcProx Configuration Utility - Card Reader Configuraton.docx' for card reader configurations.
  4.  2nd card reader onwards, use the saved .HWG file to configure the rest of card readers.

Card reader installation:

  1.  Install card reader to device front SOP.

  1.  To make sure new card reader is registered in the USB Device List, go to Configuration - Device settings - program/change USB device list.

LRS Deployment

  1.  Working 1 device at a time.
  2.  Disconnect old device from Network & connect new device to Network.
  3.  Report DHCP IP Address obtained in machine.
  4.  Once device connected to network and IP is correct, inform ATOS in deployment call, and ATOS will check and deploy LRS on device.
  5.  Bayer IT will perform LRS testing on new device.
  6.  Assist Bayer with testing, test criteria: Pull Printing, SecureScan (Scan to Email, Scan to One Drive), Copy

All activities will be coordinated through me (APAC RPM) for onsite engineer's tasks and joining ATOS/Bayer deployment call.

Hi Soenwono,

Please find attached the build book for device configurations, as there's no space for staging in Tangerang and Surabaya at Bayer sites, device has to be configured at PTM's warehouse.

Note: Devices have to be delivered to Bayer's premises for Tangerang and Surabaya before 26th Jan 2024. Onsite deployment will start on 30th Jan 2024 (dates and time to be confirmed).

Hostnames below to configure with each devices, during device configurations, please revert back Serial Numbers and MAC Addresses to me, so that IP Addresses can be reserved before onsite deployment.

Things to note on device configurations:

  1.  Configurations must be on point.
  2.  Hostnames provided on table above.
  3.  Attached additional instruction for Creating Device Certificate.
  4.  Attached the Root Certificate ZIP file (unzip before uploading to machine).
     *   Activate root certificate.
     *   Security -> Site Certificate -> Site Certificate Check: inactive
  5.  Device label, refer to attached.

Deployment onsite (date / time to be confirmed):

  1.  Configure card readers onsite.
  2.  Work on 1 device at a time, disconnect old device and connect new device.
  3.  Validate DHCP IP.
  4.  ATOS to push LRS software.
  5.  LRS Testing.
