Untuk DRE Cikarang upgrade ke Windows 2019 secara teori aman, mungkin bantu crosscheck saja driver Ricoh existing terinstall apakah juga sudah support dengan windows 2019.

Can you update on this request from Pak Indra Schneider please.

"We have a requirement to upgrade the Windows Operating System of DRE server in Cikarang, from WinServer 2012R2 Standard (which is the current we use) to the latest Windows server (either WinServer 2019 or 2022 Standard). So we need help the MDS and Equitrac team to check and confirm whether there are any obstacles, difficulties, even problems if we upgrade the operating system on this server"
