I don't think you have local atremote? Therefore, the applicable items would be 2 and 3.

Follow the attached will allow you to:
2. Embedded atremote - manually turn off by the site engineer.
3. Certificate needs to be cleared.

This device got disconnected from SLNX monitoring tool and the same machine with broken card reader.  To resolve this device issue with SLNX and AtRemote, can you please assign engineer:

  1.  Ensure local cumin is turned off.
  2.  Ensure local remote is not registered.
  3.  Follow attached instructions to clear certificates.

At first attempt we have seen that most of the devices are offline and settings not well applied, could you please make sure that are online, connected to the network, not added by cumin and CCD it is well applied
Then we could try to have them registered in SLNX and Remote, with the exception of Japanese units

Based on the list of Henkel SLNX received last week, I have done a crosscheck with the actual asset list. I found 200+ devices which did not show in the SLNX list (I could not find the serial number). I created excel attached for the ones where I could find an ip-address. Is it possible to have these added to SLNX please?
