As per discussed, please assign your team to visit Haleon and follow this Steps for engineer:
1. Check for custom firmware if present remove using attached procedure.
2. Update firmware (and Java if present) to latest standard level.
3. Contact GSSC whilst onsite to confirm device is set up correctly and firmware is acceptable.

Please remind them that Streamline should NOT be uninstalled and to contact GSSC at gssc.gsk.support at ricoh.es <mailto:gssc.gsk.support at ricoh.es> before leaving to confirm firmware is now at the correct level.
Please remind them to check if the “System home” button is disabled after the FW and Java update. If not, please ask them to hide it again.
Also, please confirm when will you send an engineer to perform this task and keep me informed of any progress so we can update our records.
