Hi Pak Soen,

 

The new IMC 3000 that are running in Infineon Batam are assigned to the
wrong RC gate system. 

Our Infineon RC gate is not receiving the data and so Ricoh Global cannot
account for it and make toner order for these new IMC 3000.

 

Can you please remove them from your RC gate system?

Once they are off your system, we will put them into IFX RC gate system.

Specifically MFP s/n# 3102r920408 and 3102r920413.
