To add that is coming from GSSC team :

 

There is obviously an issue on site as all of the devices will not perform a test call for @remote  which means it is not communicating with the centre server . A hardware technician needs to check the @remote settings on the devices and try to get them communicating again

1) Kindly send out the toner IMMEDIATELY for these devices below and ADVISE/CONFIRM by return email WHEN can it be sent.

2) Send an engineer to site and work with the local IT to check on the network in order to get the communication working again for auto toner alert.

     Please confirm WHEN can an engineer can be dispatch to site.

We really need urgent support regarding toner request.

Attached is our email request for toner sent to Local Ricoh team by 17th Mar 2023 but up to now there are no toner sent to us (almost a month).

We have tried to call the toner PIC and also chat on our local WA group but no respond from the team up to now.

 

Below is our current toner stock. The red status printer point 3-4 now cannot be operated due to has no toner received.
