[It.team] Perbaikan Printer Ricoh dan Pengiriman Tooner

Selamat Siang,

Terkait dengan issue sebelumnya dimana hasil scan bergaris dan juga hasil printing kotor banyak bercaknya pada waktu lalu sudah dilakukan perbaikan namun hanya garis pada scan saja dan tidak mengatasi masalah bercak kotornya tsb dikarenakan info dari teknisi perlu adanya penggantian sprapert dan menunggu pengiriman dari jakarta begitu informasinya, namun hingga kini belum kunjung ada perbaikan lanjutannya hingga didapati mesin ricoh mengalami kendala serupa lagi yaitu sebagai berikut:

  1.  Hasil Scan bergaris (issue lama yang kambuh kembali dalam waktu dekat)
  2.  Hasil printing bercak kotor dan warna jelek (isue lama yang belum tertangani hingga kini)
  3.  Muncul notifikasi power supply being low voltage (issue baru)
  4.  Pengiriman tooner warna Cyan 3 Unit, Magenta 1 Unit, Yellow 1 Unit (issue baru karena persediaan toner habis)
