Dear All

Sharing the important updates for the IFF account regarding SDD/HDD, CCD,
and Card reader instructions for Metis MF4 and the Finisher. Kindly pass it
on to the local teams that are supporting this account. Thank you.

1.	Equipment configuration and Global Pricing file updates

*	SSD and HDD future direction- Metis devices currently come with an
SSD which contractually is out of compliance. The intent is to add the HDD
to the price basket as the standard for future devices and in parallel the
Commercial team will engage with IFF to seek approval for the SSD going
forward.
*	Card Reader for Secure Print- Adding the Card Reader Holder for
Metis devices to the Global Pricing File, see attached file for an overview
of the product.
*	Finishers- Currently External finishers are included in the standard
configuration. IFF has requested Internal Finishers be the standard going
forward.
*	In summary, the Global Price basket is being updated by the
Commercial team (Karen and Steven Recht), we'll share the file once it
becomes available.

2.	CCD Settings for Metis devices, see attached. Please share these
instructions with the OpCo's for new installations.

For your awareness, please see the below updates for IFF. Let me know if you
