card reader installed was connected to front SOP panel regardless IMC or non
IMC models, please?

Hi Team,
I would firstly like to thank you for all your efforts in helping with the
installation of the card readers across the APAC region.
As an overview the LRS Solution is currently being tested in pilot locations
across Shell.
Whilst testing was being carried out there was a problem with getting some
of the devices to respond to the solution.
This only seems to be related to the older MPC devices and is to do with the
connection on the device.
In the old build book and for our solution to work the card readers would
work when connected to the rear of the device, but for the LRS solution it
does not work.
So the actions we potentially need to take are as follows.
* Check current devices on site if the connection for the card reader
for MPC models is at the rear of the device or the front SOP panel?
* Any devices which are not connected to the front SOP panel will need
to reconnected from the back of the device to the front.
* There was a micro usb cable which connects to the front panel, if
this is no longer available a new cable can be purchased and charged to
Shell.
* As this is a request to revisit and reconnect it is also a
chargeable activity to Shell local.
* Provide list of devices inc serial numbers of which devices have now
been converted to SOP panel.
NOTE: Only the card reader cable switch is required here and no actual
configuration of the device. If you do encounter any issues once the cable
is swapped then you can reach out to the RAM team to help with the remote
configuration.
I have attached a file with the device numbers I have for you locations and
also the new and updated build book for the tech/engineer to follow when
refitting the cable for the card reader.
It would be great if we can get the activities completed before the end of
the month as Shell are starting to look at a global roll out of the solution
from September and would be great if we can make sure our sites are ready
for the change.
