Jakarta and Cimanggis on the 5th OCT and 12th OCT respectively.  We will
need to align onsite engineer support.

Here's the tasklist to configure/install card readers, and onsite support
for ATOS LRS Deployment:

Before deployment - please ensure engineer bring their laptop & mobile,
download latest Firmware and SOP version, and install PCPROX Config on
laptop.

Firmware upgrade and SOP update - if GSSC is not able to perform this
remotely.

Configure card readers from Engineer's laptop - as per attached card reader
configuration document.

Login to device using TEMPMASTER credentials (I will share with engineer
near deployment date)

If device not in SLNX monitoring nor tempmaster not available, Ricoh
engineer has to reconfigure all admin credentials according to the
buildbook.

Install card reader to device front SOP.

To make sure new card reader is registered in the USB Device List, go to
Configuration - Device settings - program/change USB device list

Change and check below configurations:

1.	Enable Remote Operation Panel.
2.	Configure Hostnames - if Bayer decided to use new hostnames (will be
provided near deployment date).
3.	User Tools - Screen Features - Screen Device Settings Information
--> Server Settings: "Active" | Check SSL Error: "Do not check"
4.	Configurations - Device Settings - Timer --> Sleep Mode Timer: 5
mins | Auto Logout Timer: 60 Sec.
5.	Service - Program --> SP 5-812-1, 2, 3, 4 (Service Tel. No.
Setting): "Contact IT4U"
6.	Device Management - Address Book --> Maintenance - Auto Delete User
in Address Book - Auto Delete: "On"
7.	Configuration - Device Settings - Email --> SMTP Server Name:
smtp.de.bayer.cnb
8.	Scanner - Send Settings --> Value in KB when set to "On" --> 35MB
9.	Security - Network Security:

Troubleshooting:

If LRS deployment fails, check builtbook configurations (attached the new
build book)  against device configurations.
Other possible issue for troubleshooting: Upgrade Device Firmware or Upgrade
Java version.
