[It.team] Card reader configuration in Infineon

Good day Sun Sun

Infineon has 4 card readers recently delivered and installed right? Was there issue for the other 2 card readers; besides these?

Hi Justina,

We had 2 card reader problem (Inepro) at Infineon Batam,
The problem is the card reader cannot change mode to Program mode so we cant inject configuration dan firmware update
And the all LED Lamp always blinking. We already tried to many way like use newest usb updating tools, etc and at the end
We conclude there is problem with the Card Reader hardware

Can You give us direction, What Should we do?

There is different if normal card reader and the error reader
