Our office hours start 08.30 and I believe amazon office is still close at
08.00.  Can my engineer do the setting at 09.00?

Hello Soenwono

 

We need to upgrade the print software for the devices at Amazon CGK13 site.
We can do 98% of the update remotely, however we need to physically change
the port the badge reader is connected to. I have attached a document with
the steps. 

 

Reiewing times conversion it looks like 08:00 Jakarta =  18:00 Seattle. This
time would work equally good for each group i believe. Would you be able to
schedule a service technician to visits Wednesday July 26 08:00 Jakarta and
make the badge reader change to the 2 devices?
