OK let's schedule this update. I would like to move the schedule by 1 day to Thursday July 28 - 9:00AM (Jakarta) just so we can make proper notification to the site etc.

I am sending an email to Rudi Andriano from Amazon IT notifying him on the same and will CC: you to provide additional information about the Service Technician etc. that he may request about the technician.

Hello Soenwono



We need to upgrade the print software for the devices at Amazon CGK13 site. We can do 98% of the update remotely, however we need to physically change the port the badge reader is connected to. I have attached a document with the steps.



Reiewing times conversion it looks like 08:00 Jakarta =  18:00 Seattle. This time would work equally good for each group i believe. Would you be able to schedule a service technician to visits Wednesday July 26 08:00 Jakarta and make the badge reader change to the 2 devices?
