As per below:

*	the hostname is not set up correctly – it should be PULFMP007 and not Ricoh IM C300 (see attached)
*	device location is missing (this is very important to know where the device is placed, which room/floor)
*	comment: add fax at the end of the comment if fax is fitted.

 

 



 

 

Please also recheck the card reader configuration like explained 

 

Please ensure tomorrow morning, the technician correct the above and check if everything has been set by Build Book (except Java) and then send GSSC email to push the slnx.  

Could you please include the technician in the email, if possible, as it will be easier to communicate.

Evidently someone not read the buildbook correctly or think to bypass some part without issue or not able to read it well no clue.

Like we have already tell without the device 100% by buildbook we can’t proceed.

I advise also to recheck the card reader configuration like explained on if they are not sure 100% is done

Be sure 100% also the card reader have been configured with correct specification as by buildbook.

 

If other step have been missing we are not able to see on this step. 

Remember the buildbook is not the one have to verify if is followed.

Good afternoon, I would like to inform that the MFD have been delivered today. 

The IT team and technicians have completed the basic setup and installation at Haleon Pulo Gadung. 

 

They have also informed us that pulmfp007 is now ready to be injected the Streamline.

 

However, I would also like to update you on a few things: the current IMC300 machine no longer has Java installed, which differs from the build book that requires Java checks.

Today we discuss again with Haleon, there are several changes, here are the Final updates :

 

1.       The Staging process has been completed at the MDS warehouse today

 

2.       We advised to arrange delivery this afternoon, but they asked to process delivery tomorrow morning (Thursday , 1 August )

3.       Pic Haleon request for installation start on Friday Morning (2 August), and it will be finish around 12.00 Pm ( Indonesia Time)

 

Please find my answer below :

 

1.	The SLNX license keys for these 4 devices  : It will be processed by Ms. Fitri.

2.	4 devices (IMC300F) + card readers delivery date to Customer site : only confirmed for the device, but the  card reader not yet arrived at warehouse ( ETA Friday, 2 August)

a.	Assuming it arrives at PTM warehouse on 2nd August, may we know when can the card reader be delivered to site and configured accordingly please?

Our team already push Fedex courier to deliver ASAP to our office, if it arrives tomorrow, our IT team will directly send to Haleon, latest on Friday (2 August )

 

3.	The time for SLNX push by GSSC after FE configuration : The configuration will be processed by Ricoh Global right ? ( correct if I’m wrong)

a.	Yes, GSSC installs the SLNX solution remotely, however, they can only do so after all configuration is done by FE as per build book. We would like to know when we can target for the installation by GSSC.

This can be processed on Friday Afternoon after the installation process is complete (Finish arround 12.00 pm  Indonesia time) 

 

 

4.	Date of disposal for the 1 device  : I need to check this first

a.	Will wait for your update. 

Confirmed by Haleon Pic, they will notify us once the 4 device installation is complete
